Iain MacLeod
Iain joined Company Notary as a consultant notary at the beginning of 2020. He has been a notary for over 30 years and comes with a long background as a property legal practitioner.
Iain has known Dawn for 20 years and has watched with interest the successful growth of Company Notary since its creation in 2010 and its business model and approach for supporting other notaries.
Outside of work Iain is a keen amateur choral singer in several choirs, including Guildford Chamber Choir, Surrey Cantata and his local church choir.
Lee Huang Quek
Lee joined the team on a consultancy basis in 2025.
Lee brings considerable professional experience supporting private fund managers, asset management arms of financial sponsors, large corporates and private equity along with their limited partners, investors and executives through her work as a senior associate and consultant role with major international and magic circle law firms in the UK, USA and Asia.
Lee’s arrival increases our capacity to provide a mobile notary service to our executive, corporate, private and family clients in the City, Southeast London, East Surrey and Kent border.
When Lee does not have her head in a limited partnership agreement, she can usually be found either covered in mud on a long hike with her French bulldog, or covered in flour experimenting with sourdough bread recipes.
Kevin Rivington
Kevin joined the team in 2013, coming from a background in finance and operations. He manages the administration of Company Notary and coordinates all FCO, legalisation and embassy requirements for our clients via Danetree Associates.
When not serving clients, Kevin pursues his passion of South African braais (BBQ!), photography and enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.
Sharda Mistry
Sharda joined the team in August 2022 and we can’t imagine a time without her!
Sharda used to engage the services of a notary (including Dawn) in her time supporting the board of Carnival Cruises / P&O Cruises and has worked for a number of highly successful businesses and distinguished families.
Sharda brings EA insight to the team.
