Founder and Notary Public, Dawn Stallwood’s approach as a mobile business notary is simple: to work with clients to help make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Dawn is a former commercial partner with a large UK law firm and had a previous in-house role with a multinational where she was the one arranging for international documents to be notarised and legalised. So this is personal to her! Dawn has been a notary since 1999.
Outside of her notarial practice, Dawn manages:
- Danetree Associates, which provides independent corporate counsel and strategic guidance, boardroom governance, M&A project management, international growth support.
- Floodlight Business, which provides training and facilitation on integrity in business and corporate ethics on an international basis, including ABC laws awareness, Chief Integrity Officer, Collaborative Effectivness and corporate conscience activities. Floodlight works with and supports 4 spheres – workplace, classroom, boardroom and deal room. Company Notary supports both Danetree Associates and Floodlight Business with ensuring the integrity of documents for international use.
